No doubt, everybody’s forgotten the liberal SCOTUS Kelo decision, but if you thought that was bad, how about this?

Be outraged. But don’t be surprised. After all, if Kelo didn’t make your blood boil, why would this?

This shit is exactly why we need a strict constructionist court. To hell with all the whining about Roe v. Wade–it’s bad law, according even to Ginsberg, and it will be overturned sooner or later (and the issue will be returned to the states where it belongs), so deal with it.
