Nauseating

Published by rightwingprof at 3:41 pm under Conservatism, Wackjobs

Even I was surprised to see that a liberal judge in Ben-and-Jerry-Hippie-Land gave a child molester only sixty days.

You’re thinking this was maybe a sixteen year-old girl, or that there were some kind of mitigating circumstances to justify this lack of a sentence? Think again:

There was outrage Wednesday when a Vermont judge handed out a 60-day jail sentence to a man who raped a little girl many, many times over a four-year span starting when she was seven.

The judge said he no longer believes in punishment and is more concerned about rehabilitation.

Prosecutors argued that confessed child-rapist Mark Hulett, 34, of Williston deserved at least eight years behind bars for repeatedly raping a littler girl countless times starting when she was seven.

This almost makes me want to advocate mandatory sentencing.

Something is broken in the justice system, and we need to figure out exactly how to fix it. At the very least, this “judge” needs to be tossed out on his ear. The only positive thing here is that the story says, “there was outrage,” which is by no means given, this being Vermont.

Hat tip to Michelle Malkin.

Maybe the judge should bunk with Mr. Rapist in the pen. That way he could make sure hes being properly “rehabilitated” and take him off the bench.

Judge Edward Cashman Gives Man Who Repeatedly Raped 7-Year-Old Girl For 4 Years 60 Days In Jail

In the most asinine judgement I’ve ever heard a man who repeatedly raped a 7-year-old girl gets only 60 days in jail. Mark Hulett, 34, confessed that he repeatedly raped a 7-year-old girl for more than 4 years. While that…

Not to be believed. I do not recognize this lowlife (Trashman) as a judge. I recognize him as a joke without a punchline. Mental illness at its finest. Another pantywaist, liberal “born to run” coward. When his scumbag pal Hulett reoffends it would do the American Public to string them both up by their Buster Brown’s. Have Cashman come out to California, I’ll arrange it for O.J. and Robert Blake to play mumbly-peg with that moron. Hey Crashman, lay off the bongwater.

What kind of whacked out society do we live in where a man who not only repeatedly raped an innocent child, but confessed to doing it and then got off practicly scott free? I am disgusted and whole-heartedly agree with you, S. Conrad, that stringing him up by his buster browns is an excellent idea!
