This is a cease and desist letter.
It has come to my attention that you have posted the
photo I own on your site in several locations. I hold
the copyright to that photo and the trademark to my
likeness and image, and I do not recall granting you
permission or license to use it. Please immediately
take down all photos of that photo that you posted.
If you do not take it down immediately, you will not
only face litigation and a court order asking you to
do so, but you will be forced to pay licensing fees to
me for the time you kept it posted and refused to take
it down. In addition, I have already contacted the
photographer, Gary Miller, and he will be joining me
in the suit, as he also has an interest in the
photo–an interest that you are damaging.We look forward to your immediate attention to this
matter.
