DC Gun Ban Stricken Down: UPDATED

D.C. Circuit Court strikes down the gun ban — and here’s the crucial part — as a violation of the Second Amendment, confirming that “people” in the Constitution means people (and pointing out the absurdity of the idea that we need to have the Constitution “interpreted” for us poor stupid people who can’t read English).
