    On the off chance that you seriously don’t know who Radiohead is… They’re about the last band to become both popular and good before I stopped paying attention to new music. Although not good enough that I ever bothered to buy one of their CDs.

    Now? It took the better part of a year before I even heard of Gnarls Barkley, and god only knows what the kids are listening to these days. And I’ve gotten to the point where “kids” meant to describe college-age folks isn’t as playfully ironic as it once might have been.
