Pennsylvania is not New Jersey (Hat tip: Sebastian). And speaking of, nobody in New Jersey should be allowed to drive anywhere out of state.

    Have you ever driven in northern VA? I’ve done both, and I’ll take NJ and NYC drivers (even rush hour drivers) in a heartbeat.

    (For the record - learned to drive in NoVA, moved to NJ for college and got stuck)
