Slick, But Not Very Bright
Huckleberry is slick, Clinton slick (is it something about Arkansas?), the whole time Romney was in, running that nasty campaign much like Hillary’s against Obama, with that shit eating grin on his face the whole time. But slick isn’t intelligent:
While some Huckabee supporters were hoping that he might get a vice presidential nod this year, Huckabee says they should forget it. “We have been given every signal that is not going to be considered,†Huckabee said.
And he’s just now figuring that out? He had to be told?
Go away, Huck. When we want a born-again criminal-loving Bloomberg, we’ll call you.

I’m glad he withdrew, and I’m glad there’s no chance of him being veep. There’s something about Huck that really rubbed me the wrong way - the slickness, the concealed big-government “but we’re doing it because we CARE about you” meddling, the concealed weakness on crime, the gee-whillikers pseudo-populist image.
Had he been the GOP candidate? I probably would have stayed home in November.
