Unhinged
I had lunch with a liberal today, and she’s completely wacked out — not about Republicans or McCain or even Bush or Rove, mind, but about Boston Legal (that’s a TV show, for those not in the know). It was a little hard to follow her, since she was panting, but the gist of the conversation was that the Candace Bergen character (one of the leads on the show) sued her nephew or cousin or somebody like that because he was a superdelegate and was committed to Obama.
So she’s going to stop watching the show because they’re obviously (eeek!) Hillary supporters!
I said, once she had cooled down, “So how does it feel?” and she didn’t understand. “To have shows shove their political agendas down your throat.”
She didn’t get it.
