		<description>PEGGY NOONAN is entitled to her opinion, but that's all it is, her opinion. Apparently, at least 50% of America, plus Nancy Reagan, plus many others disagree with Noonan. Personally. I just see her as someone who's a traitor to the Republican party, and who's opinion is worthless.</description>
