I Say Again: Harumph!

Errands, errands, and I was going to wear my Russell Brigade T-shirt, but it’s 9:30, and still only 46 degrees.

Not exactly T-shirt weather.

Errands, plus the blogosphere is pretty quiet today, and anyway, like I said yesterday, I’m really sick of the whining and complaining. Oh, and there’s an art show we have to attend today (know the artist, plus it’s good work politics).

Back sometime later today.

Indeed

Der Blogvater:

So we’ve had nearly 8 years of lefty assassination fantasies about George W. Bush, and Bill Ayers’ bombing campaign is explained away as a consequence of him having just felt so strongly about social justice, but a few people yell things at McCain rallies and suddenly it’s a sign that anger is out of control in American politics? It’s nice of McCain to try to tamp that down, and James Taranto sounds a proper cautionary note — but, please, can we also note the staggering level of hypocrisy here? (And that’s before we get to the Obama campaign’s thuggish tactics aimed at silencing critics.)

Liberal outrage, regardless of the supposed cause, deserves nothing more than a big yawn. After all, who is threatening riots if The Moron loses the election? And who is not threatening riots if he wins?

All I have to say is if there are riots, that’s why God gave the police AR-15s. Rioters should be shot, dead, with bullets. Period. No nightsticks, no pepper spray, no beanbags. Bullets. Anybody who wants to behave like an uncivilized pre-human piece of shit is invited to take the next plane to his banana republic of choice.

Harumph

Looks like we could have just stayed here yesterday. Right after the rally, she drove from here from Johnstown, and made a surprise stop at Way Farms just down the road before she flew from here to Philly to drop the puck at the Rangers-Flyers game.
