Murtha shouldn’t have opened his big mouth and called his constituents racists. Lt. Col. Russell is only four points behind Murtha — within the MOE. That’s a statistical tie. And there’s more.
About 54 percent of voters among those polled say it’s time for someone else to represent them in Congress.
For historical perspective, Diana Irey lost to Murtha by over 20 points.

I am not the redneck Murtha talks about in his railings. I stand up when the National Anthem is played with my hand over my heart. I believe in working hard for my money…not waiting on the tax-paying citizens to support my needs. My God and Family are at the top of my list of the most important priorities in life. I believe governments main objective should be protecting this country and our rights according to The Constitution of The United States of America. Not liberal judges making new laws as they see fit. I believe in every soldier who fought and those who died for this country and my rights. I believe in one vote for one person… I don’t like the government giving my money to Acorn or any organization to nullify my vote. No felons or illegals should even expect the right to vote. Every citizen in this country has a chance at The American Dream. Just Take It. I believe in my right to bear arms and protect my family and property. I believe every one in the USA should speak the language of the United States(English).That is the way it has been for over two hundred years. No one should be in this country illegally…We have Laws now..INFORCE the law at all levels. I believe the citizen who has been violated by a criminal act should expect the criminal to be prosecuted for his crime against him. I believe one man and one woman constitute a marriage…no other should be even considered and our kids should not be taught otherwise. I believe we should use our own resources for the energy needs of this country. Drill Here Drill Now should be a high priority. We can do it safely. There is no Global Warming!!! It is a Total Lie to take your money and spread it around the world. We do not want or need the socialist policies of Europe in this country. Obama and the Democrats don’t believe as I do.
