I Expected This

Published by rightwingprof at 2:31 pm under Obama, Idjits, '08, Wackjobs

but after the election, not before. The tax raise was on those making $250,000 a year and up. Then, it went to $200,000. Now, it’s $150,000.

So how far down will they dare adjust it before the election?

Funny how sliding tax scales always seem to slide downwards. The Dumbocrats want everyone, white as well as blacks, to stay on the plantation, and confiscation is a great way to accomplish that.

Yeah, I expected this too. One of my students (I’m a teacher, take a look at my blog) asked me if Obama would keep it at 250K like he promised, and I said only if his MO was that he was totally trustworthy or that you knew he never turned his back on his friends and promises. That’s not his MO, so it you could never rightly expect that the 250 number would remain that. Plus, after another student asked me how he was going to pay for everything he wants to do, raising taxes on the top isn’t going to do it- they will hide their money, and hide more the more they are squezzed. No, he’ll have to go after 200, then 150, then 100, then 50, until he finds a group that is big enough to fund his dreams and yet not rich enough to hide from the power of the state.
