Well, That Was Stupid

Published by rightwingprof at 11:11 am under Hockey, Food

Today is the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, so there’s Mass at 11:30. I then have a couple of important errands scheduled before I meet the priest at 2 o’clock at (ugh) Eat ‘n Park (the location was his idea, not mine).

And the Winter Classic starts at 1 o’clock.

I completely forgot that today was New Year’s Day (look, I never know what the date is). I suppose I’ll get home around 3, and will have to watch the Winter Classic late.

I haven’t tried the fudge yet. Still too hot.

Sounds like the new year will start on a crzy hurried note for you. Have a good day, and a happy, prosperous, safe, healthy and wonderful New Year. Did you mention fudge, is it chocolate - mmmmmmmm.

Not only have y’all cleaned up the Feast of the Circumcision, but Mass is even at a civilized hour. I remember all those 10AMs with Mark the Tenor hung over (or worse, maybe not yet hung over), and me thinking, “Baby Jesus, I feel your pain.”
