If you did not talk to your doctor today, and the situation is as you described it, you should call the doctor now, if you have an out-of-hours number. If you don't you should see if you can find a nurses-helpline at the nearest hospital, and if that fails, the nearest teaching hospital, and if that fails, the ER you would go to if you went. I am not medically trained, but I think time is of the essence. I dint see this until just now.
