The headlines, “GOP Hopeful to Run Ad Linking Hillary Clinton to Usama Bin Laden” and “Senate hopeful’s ad pairs Clinton, bin Laden,” imply (to say the least) that John Spencer’s ad makes some kind of link between Clinton and bin Laden, do they not?
